The SSCI is a non-profit organization representing the manufacturers of new steel shipping containers. The SSCI's Regular Members include companies operating in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Suppliers of materials and components to the industry serve as Associate Members of the Institute, while foreign based steel container manufacturing operations are affiliated through the SSCI's International Members.
