THE ALLIED FOUNDERS PVT LTD. was established in the year 1968 and is the parent company under the R.R.Mallya Group of industries and has the privilege of being one of the first foundry in Belgaum, India with an installed capacity of 2500 m.t. per annum. We are manufacturers of cast iron casting & low alloy cast iron castings & machined components & produce casting of grade: FG-150, 200, 220, 260 & 300 conforming to IS:210 in Cupola Furnace.
In the last 4 decades of operation the company has produced wide range of castings weighing from 5 kgs per pc. to 500 kgs. per pc. and from non-cored to very heavily cored critical castings and has grown very fast in the last two years with further plans of growth through expansion and mechanization. Presently it is operating at 200 m.t per month.
Our company is backed by two fully equipped machine shops and supplies nearly 75% of its castings in fully machined condition to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The company has been accredited with ISO 9001-2000 and is an approved foundry for supply of graded castings to National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) & Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL).
