Wayne Foundry and Stamping Company in MetalWorld

Wayne Foundry and Stamping Company
Since 1939, Wayne Foundry & Stamping Company has been providing high quality products for the automotive, aerospace, and heavy transportation industries. Specialists in prototype development, short to medium production runs, and deep draw metal stampings, Wayne Foundry & Stamping Company can help take your ideas from concept to reality. Our unique cold-forming process can help keep your tooling costs down to a minimum. By the use of drop hammers and Kirksite dies, a highly economical and recyclable zinc based alloy, we can reduce your time to market and your cost. Aluminum, stainless steel, perforated metals, and high nickel content alloys are just a few of the metals that we can form to your specifications. We also have the ability to stretch-form metals. This method is an excellent way to form parts with multiple contours, and can be accomplished with a 1 piece die. We also serve the steel decking industry with our 14ga. , galvanized, flatroofing products. These include sump pans, cant strips, reinforcing angles, and metal profile enclosures. These products are all die formed with no welds. Some of the projects that we have participated in over the years include the fabrication of all the body panels for the Tucker Torpedo, B-52 titanium engine cowlings, GM Classic Bus, the Hummer, and American LaFrance fire trucks. All of these projects provided a challenge for our company, and we would like to undertake your next challenge.
