STAMPING & PUNCHING - We have presses up to 75 tons capacity and a large selection of standard tools. If tooling costs are incurred then these can be amortized over volume duration. If parts can be made from our huge selection of available tooling then no charges may apply.
WELDING - Brazing, projection, spot and MIG welding.
SHEARING - We can shear up to 1/4' thick and 10' wide
BENDING & FORMING - We have press brakes up to 75 tons, 6'-10' wide capacity.
In addition we can provide finishing services:
PLATING - Zinc, zinc dichromate, cadmium, black oxide. PAINTING - Powder coating, E-coat, or spray. TUMBLING - To remove burrs and sharp edges and minor surface imperfections. HEAT TREATING - To your specifications. SAND BLASTING -To remove scale etc.
